Event Materials & Digital Wayfinding Systems.
Designing event visuals that help spaces feel clear, confident, and easy to move through.
This project focused on creating environmental graphics, print materials, and screen content that work together across live venues and digital surfaces.
The goal was to support audience movement and information flow while maintaining the brand's visual consistency throughout the event experience.

Client : Bett Global
Period 2023 - 2025
Create event materials that guide, inform, and enhance attendee experience across global exhibition environments hosted by BETT Global. The focus was on building design systems that could scale across venue zones, campaign themes, and international event adaptations.
Objective
Developed a modular environmental graphics and wayfinding system that displays Betts' updated brand identity in physical and digital event spaces. The approach helped translate Bett’s visual standards into an event environment, strengthening the brand’s presence across the venue and supporting a consistent, elevated brand experience.
The system is integrated:
Venue signage and directional navigation
Digital display screens and projection content
Event promotion and session information
Motion-friendly layouts for animated screens and updates
Designed to make information easy to read and understand in busy event spaces, helping attendees quickly find what they needed while keeping the visual experience cohesive across print, motion, and digital formats.
Solution/ Approach
Creative and technical lead across motion design, digital wayfinding systems, and experiential graphics for the BETT Global event environments. Led the design and development of motion content and digital navigation assets, from concept and animation direction through to final system implementation. Print production and large-format environmental graphics were developed collaboratively with my design manager, with shared responsibility across layout design, optimisation, and execution.
Work included:
Visual system and experiential design development
Motion design and digital display content
Wayfinding and navigation architecture
Campaign adaptation for international event editions
On-site visual quality assurance and production support
I also worked directly with event technical teams during onsite deployment, delivering assets in the correct formats and specifications to ensure smooth integration with venue display systems. Most motion and digital content was produced in-house to support consistency, quality control, and rapid iteration across global event rollouts.
Role / Responsibilities
Materials were optimised for large-format visibility and real-world venue performance, ensuring graphics remained clear and effective in event environments.
The project delivered:
Over 700+ environmental and print assets
More than 30 digital display and projection formats
Multi-zone deployment across exhibition spaces
Signage, digital screens, and environmental graphics were unified into a single visual system, helping improve visitor orientation and strengthening brand presence throughout the venue. The integrated approach supported BETT Global in maintaining year-round brand visibility, helping position the organisation as an active global education platform rather than only a once-a-year exhibition.
