Objective
Create a high-impact stage opener for BETT Global that immediately grabs attention on 12 large-format LED screens, engaging 10,000+ attendees and setting the tone for the live event. The content had to read clearly at scale, move dynamically, and elevate the client’s brand presence in a crowded event environment.
The work spanned traditional LED screens and large-scale stage projection, requiring a deep understanding of spatial design, timing, and live-event constraints. These openers acted as the emotional and narrative entry point to the event, welcoming thousands of attendees and high-profile speakers from across the global EdTech community.
Solution/ Approach
Developed a dynamic motion sequence combining live-event cinematography, animation, and branded design elements:
Designed animated visuals and kinetic graphics for main stage displays
Coordinated live-action footage, VFX, and transitions to enhance scale and immersion
Integrated audio-visual synchronisation to complement stage timing and music cues
Ensured multi-format output, optimised for LED screens, projectors, and social clips
The concept leveraged visual rhythm and cinematic pacing, turning the stage opening into an unforgettable moment that captured audience focus and reinforced brand presence.

Post-production and motion refinement, ensuring smooth large-screen playback
