Digital Promotion for BETT

Creative Direction Video Editing Brand Alignment Motion Design

The goal was to create short-form video content that reflected the scale and momentum of the event while encouraging educators, industry leaders and technology providers to take part.

The videos needed to:

  • Showcase the scale of the exhibition and its global audience

  • Highlight speakers, exhibitors and emerging themes shaping education technology

  • Support digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms

  • Maintain engagement with the event’s growing online community between editions

Rather than simply documenting the event, the aim was to create content that felt as dynamic as the show itself.

Led full production of the promotional video series, from concept through delivery, ensuring a seamless balance of storytelling, animation, and technical execution.

  • Developed motion concepts and storyboards aligned with event messaging

  • Designed animated sequences, kinetic typography, and visual transitions to capture energy and scale

  • Directed filming integration, editing, and post-production for polished cinematic results

  • Optimised content for multi-platform distribution, including social media, marketing campaigns, and large-scale event screens

Led the production of the promotional content from concept through to final delivery.

Responsibilities included:

  • Developing the video concept and narrative structure

  • Editing and assembling event footage

  • Designing motion graphics and kinetic typography

  • Integrating visual assets with campaign messaging

  • Preparing final exports for social media and digital marketing platforms

Managing the entire production workflow allowed the videos to be iterated quickly and adapted for different channels as the campaign evolved.

Role / Responsibilities


The promotional videos supported the digital marketing activity surrounding BETT Global, helping communicate the scale, energy and international reach of the event to a global audience.

Distributed across social media, online campaigns and event communications, the content contributed to maintaining engagement with the Bett community throughout the year while building anticipation ahead of each edition.

During this period, the event continued to expand, with attendance growing from around 30,000 participants in 2023 to more than 35,000 visitors by 2025, alongside participation from over 130 countries.
