THE STAGE SYSTEM
Create a high-impact stage opener for BETT Global that immediately grabs attention on 12 large-format LED screens, engaging 10,000+ attendees and setting the tone for the live event. The content had to read clearly at scale, move dynamically, and elevate the client’s brand presence in a crowded event environment.
The work spanned traditional LED screens and large-scale stage projection, requiring a deep understanding of spatial design, timing, and live-event constraints. These openers acted as the emotional and narrative entry point to the event, welcoming thousands of attendees and high-profile speakers from across the global EdTech community.
Role
As Lead Motion Designer, I managed:
Concepting and storyboarding the stage opener sequence
Designing animated graphics and cinematic overlays
Post-production and motion refinement, ensuring smooth large-screen playback
Collaboration with production, AV, and live event teams to synchronise visuals with the stage environment
Delivering multi-format files for live event deployment and post-event content reuse
