Event Materials & Digital Wayfinding Systems.
Designing event visuals that help spaces feel clear, confident, and easy to move through.
This project focused on creating environmental graphics, print materials, and screen content that work together across live venues and digital surfaces.
The goal was to support audience movement and information flow while maintaining the brand's visual consistency throughout the event experience.

Live Event Motion & Navigation SYSTEM
The objective was to create event materials that guide, inform, and enhance the attendee experience across BETT Global’s exhibition environments, and to build a design system that could scale across venue zones, campaign themes, and international event adaptations. The focus was not only on delivering clear wayfinding and information design, but on translating BETT’s updated brand identity into a cohesive physical and digital event experience.
A modular environmental graphics and wayfinding system was developed to extend the brand across the venue, creating a scalable framework for signage, digital displays, projection content, event promotion, and session information. Designed with both static and motion applications in mind, the system supported animated screen content, live updates, and large-format event communications while maintaining visual consistency across print, digital, and environmental touchpoints. Prioritising clarity, legibility, and ease of navigation in busy exhibition spaces, the approach strengthened BETT’s brand presence while helping attendees quickly find information and move through the event with a more seamless, elevated experience.

Client : Bett Global
Role
As Lead creative and technical development of motion design, digital wayfinding, and experiential graphics across BETT Global’s event environments, creating scalable visual systems for live events, digital displays, and international campaign rollouts. Motion content and digital assets were developed in-house to maintain quality, consistency, and rapid iteration, while print and large-format environmental graphics were delivered collaboratively across layout, optimisation, and production. Assets were also integrated directly with venue display systems during on-site deployment.
Impact
This is good, but the last sentence gets a bit marketing-fluffy (“year-round brand visibility…” / “active global education platform”) and weakens the impact of the section, moving it away from what was actually delivered.
Here’s a tighter, stronger version:
Materials were optimised for large-format visibility and real-world venue performance, ensuring graphics remained clear, legible, and effective across busy exhibition environments.
The project delivered:
700+ environmental and print assets
30+ digital display and projection formats
Multi-zone deployment across exhibition spaces
Signage, digital screens, and environmental graphics were unified into a single scalable visual system, improving visitor orientation, supporting clear navigation, and strengthening BETT’s brand presence across the venue. The integrated approach created a more cohesive attendee experience while enabling the visual system to adapt across live event environments, campaign touchpoints, and international editions.
Let’s Build Something That Stands Out.
Whether it's brand design, motion, or large-scale event visuals, we’d love to hear about your project.
